Stir-Fry Vegetables


  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: sliced mushrooms, bok choy, or other vegetables of your choice


  1. Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for a few seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the onion and stir-fry for a minute until softened.
  4. Add the bell pepper, zucchini, carrot, broccoli, snow peas, and any additional vegetables you like.
  5. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot with rice or noodles.

Note: You can also add a protein of your choice, such as tofu, chicken, or shrimp, to make this dish more filling and nutritious. Simply stir-fry the protein first before adding the vegetables.
